Hello, I’m Ethan Potter, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Missouri with a passion for mental health, education, and social work advocacy. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Missouri State University and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) at Capella University, focusing my research on self-care practices among social work supervisors and strategies to support supervisee well-being.

Teaching & Educational Supervision
Beyond clinical practice, I am also an educator at the university level, teaching courses such as Social Work Practice with Groups, Introduction to Social Work, and Human Behavior & Social Environment. Additionally, I provide educational supervision for graduate-level social work students, helping them develop the skills needed to excel in the field.
